BREAKING NEWS!
Well you will never guess what happened to me!
I was at school, it just seemed like any other school day, but our principal comes over the intercom "Teachers, sorry about this announcement, when the bell rings to go to lunch, please do not excuse your students."
My friend and I were getting pissed off because we thought that we might be sent to lunch late, and be expected to go to our last class on time.
A few minutes later, the principal comes back on the intercome, "We are in lockdown, this is not a drill."
My first thought is, "well shit." Turns out, a student brought a gone to school, with the plan to shoot people up at 2nd lunch, which is my lunch.
A few minutes later, we had all of the Weber County Sheriffs, SWAT, and some military at our school. After the police took the gunman under custody, all classes were escorted out one by one by SWAT.
That day, I was in my class for four hours waiting to be escorted out.
All of a sudden, we have four or five SWAT officers walk in with M15 and shotguns. They had us get in a single file line, and put our hands on the shoulders of the person in front of us. We start walking out, and my pants started to fall down, so I start walking funny to keep my pants on, and a SWAT officer just looks at me. We are escorted out into the hall, split into guys and girls, and lined up, and told to put our hands on the wall, and legs apart.
I turn to the person next to me and say, "I never thought I would be getting pat down this early in my life." Sort of joking around.
The kid next to me automatically says, "Don't worry, you get used to it!"
I get searched, and then my class got escorted to the football field. I take a look at the school, there are SWAT people everywhere, including on the roof with snipers!
Luckily, no one was hurt, but some things that happen, wow!
